This Privacy Policy explains how OMNIRA Sp z.o.o collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit omnirasp.pl or contact us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and applicable Polish law.

2. What data we collect
- Data you give us via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Communication data generated when you contact us by phone, email or messenger.
- Technical data automatically collected when you browse, such as IP address, browser type, device information and cookie identifiers (see section 7).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to your inquiry and take steps at your request prior to a possible contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To communicate with you about our services and maintain the client relationship — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To operate, secure and improve the Website and its analytics — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To use non-essential cookies, where applicable — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep contact data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. If no relationship arises, inquiry data is deleted within a reasonable period. Where the law requires (e.g. accounting records), data is retained for the legally mandated period and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted processors acting on our instructions and only to the extent necessary, such as: website hosting providers, email and messaging services (including Telegram, used to receive form notifications), and analytics providers. All processors are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
6. International transfers
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We use essential cookies required for the Website to function (these do not require consent) and may use analytics/performance cookies to understand how the site is used. 10. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing your data is voluntary, but the name and email address are necessary for us to respond to your inquiry. Without them we cannot process your request.
